Our shipping costs are based on the amount of your order. We offer the DHL Express to ship your items, orders under $49.99 are subject to a $4.99 charge, and orders over $49.99 (inclusive) are shipped free.
Delivery time
Our order processing time is 1-2 working days. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (CST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension). Package shipping takes 2-6 working days, so delivery time is usually 3-8 working days, depending on the shipping method and the delivery location. Customers can check their packages through online customer service, and we will track the status of customers' orders in real-time.
Note: Please check whether the receiving information is correct before paying for the order, and it cannot be changed after delivery.
Service area
Due to the global outbreak of Covid-19, international shipments have been affected. As a result, we have stopped our international business to ensure the quality of our service and only accept orders from the United States.

Customer Support:
Our customer support team can answer any questions or concerns about shipping or delivery. If an order has been processed for more than 10 working days, customers can choose to reship it or receive a $5 coupon as compensation. If a package has not been received after 60 calendar days, customers will receive a full refund and can choose to have the package reshipped or receive a $5 coupon as compensation.
What if the package is lost in transit?
Sorry, we are not responsible for the loss of the package in transit; you can contact us and provide your order number, and we will help you find the logistics company to claim.
